Twin Finger Pickup Planter
With the Kincaid TFP Planter you get a simple to use, precision planter at an affordable price. The compact design will install onto any JD row unit from the early Model 7000 to the new MaxEmerge XP. Each TFP unit is easily detached for service or off season storage. Excess seed is evacuated under each row unit into simple to remove storage boxes. Acrylic housing encases the ploy cylinder and simple drive mechanism has been modified for TFP setup.
A simple electronic air controller sends air to two small cylinders, each port has its own color coded air line for easy installation. Air is supplied by a noise free 12 volt electric compressor. A shaft encoder and a small programmable relay allows various plot lengths and populations to be achieved.
Accuracy is achieved with JD proven finger pickup units and consistent alleys set to your specifications. The relay is programmed with a simple excel spread sheet with your known variables.

The Kincaid TFP plot cylinder is encased in an acrylic housing and uses color-coded air lines for easy installation and trouble shooting. Also shown is the simple drive mechanism that has been modified for the TFP unit.
