| Up until now researchers have had two planter choices; Cone planters at a modest price with seed spacing the same or precision planters with troublesome on-board computers, very high prices, and an extremely noisy environment. The NEW Kincaid TFP planter module can be installed onto existing or new JD planters with only slight modifications. The proven John Deere finger pickup units have over 30 years of outstanding planting performance and are still the mainstay in JD commercial planters for corn and sunflower planting. Now, accurate seed spacing, a quiet environment, and a very affordable price can be achieved with Kincaid's TFP planter units.  The Kincaid TFP plot cylinder is encased in an acrylic housing and uses color-coded air lines for easy installation and trouble shooting. Also shown is the simple drive mechanism that has been modified for the TFP unit.

 The compact design of the Kincaid TFP will install into any JD row unit from the early Model 7000 to the new MaxEmerge XP. Each TFP unit is easily detached from the planter for service of off-season storage. Excess seed is evacuated into the yellow containers below the TFP unit.
 A simple electric/air controller sends air to two small cylinders installed onto each TFP unit. Each port has its own color-coded airline for easy installation. A small, 12-volt air compressor is installed at the front of the tractor for noise-free planting, allowing the operators to easily commute with each other or the driver.

A shaft encoder and small programmable relay keeps the TFP's operating in unison and allows various plot lengths and populations to be achieved. Operators can sit between the rows facing forward or rearward, your choice. We can ship all parts for you to install or we can do a turnkey job in our shop.
